Roles & Responsibilities

Contribute for achieving Monthly / YTD issuance targets of the Company. Good knowledge of operational work. Excellent Relationship managing with existing & new clients, Users, Vendors Interacting with all type of customers for their all type of queries & resolving customer problems. Deliver service guarantees on New Business, Servicing Requests, Complaints, ACH Mandate Registration. Ensure accuracy in processing of New Business and Agent Application Forms logged. Responsible for tracking Audit reports of all the branches in his preview and Strengthen Front End Controls & process adherence. Stakeholder management involving close coordination with Head Office, Sales Team and Service Provider for seamless processing

Good communication skills, Need to have experience in handling walk in customer. Must have knowledge of New Business, Customer service activities, maintain MIS reports
