Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing a team of 10-12 FLS
- Provide in-the-field support to direct reports by joining them on calls and providing coaching and feedback based on performance
- Responsible for capacity building at branch level
- Cross sell and up sell of products products based on the life cycle needs of the customers
Educational Qualification
Minimum Graduate
Experience
Should have minimum 3-4 years and above experience in Insurance sales team handling and average job stability of 2 years and above
